The Groundhog is WRONG!

I saw the first true sign of spring this morning.  On my way to work as I crossed the Potomac river I glanced off to the right and there were two crew shells – each loaded with 8 intrepid  rowers.

Shake off the ice and snow, it’s time to hit the water!
