Ahh… Spring in DC.  We’ve been through the Cherry Blossoms, the mall is full of tour buses, and now we are in the midst of spring pollen where everything gets that lovely light green tint.

But this morning as I drove over Capitol Hill I saw the first sign that summer can’t be far away.
