Every now and then I realize the things I see which are ordinary to me are extraordinary to others.

Take my drive home last night. Down Capitol Hill and past House staffers is cool. But then as I'm waiting at a light by the tidal pool (between the Jefferson and WWII memorials), Marine Corps One goes overhead and lands at the White House. Just a normal DC event that makes people from anywhere else stop and say “Wow”.

But I'm sure that there are things you see on a daily basis that others would have a different reaction. Hope you take the time to apprecate the extraordinary views and happenings in your life.
